Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital - Pre-Qualification and Tender for 2013 Capital Projects

1.) Preamble:
The Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Maiduguri is inviting contractors to bid in the pre-qualification and to tender for 2013 Capital Projects.

• Lot 1: Procurement of 500KVA Generator
• Lot 2: Upgrading of 33KVA
• Lot 3: Slabs and Interlocks
• Lot 4: Computerization of Services
• Lot 5: Rehabilitation Work
• Lot 6: Drilling of Borehole

2.) Pre-Qualification Requirements:

• Certificate of Incorporation (C.A.C)
• Tax Clearance Certificate for last three (3) years;
• Evidence of Registration with PENCOM
• List of similar job executed previously
• VAT Registration Certificate

3.) Tender Documents:
Tender documents are obtainable at the office of the Head of Procurement Unit upon payment of non refundable fee of N20,000.00 Only.

4.) Submission of Tender Documents:
All the completed tender documents must be sealed and mark “Confidential 2013 Capital Project” and returned to the above office not later than 12noon 25th February, 2013.

The documents will opened at 12:30pm at the Conference Hall of the Hospital.
