Expression of Interest for the Provision of Security Services at Western Delta University

Western Delta University, a Government approved private University located in Oghara, Delta State, seeks the services of competent security outfit to take charge of her security needs.

Are you into Private Security outfit?
Do you have competent Security Personnel?
Are you registered with the appropriate Security Agencies?
Can you adequately cope with the modem security challenges in a tertiary institution?

If your answer is in the affirmative, you are therefore requested to submit proposals for the project.

Interested Firms are required to submit copies of their proposals, which should include the following:

• Company Profile and relevant experience including list of equipment, vehicles, etc.
• Evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Evidence of Firm’s Registration with appropriate Federal Government Security Agencies.
• Evidence of financial capacity.
• References to similar project handled.
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT payments.

Interested Security Outfits will be required to pay a processing fee of N25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand Naira) to the University Bursary Department and a photocopy of the receipt enclosed in each submission.

Every submission should be enclosed in an envelope and the closing date for receipt of Application is 25th February, 2013.
