Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for 2011 TETFund Special Intervention Projects in Cross River University of Technology, Okuku Campus

1.) Introduction
The Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH), Calabar hereby invites applications from reputable and eligible contractors for the execution of year 2011 TETFund special intervention projects in the University.

2.) Scope of Work
Lot 1a: Construction of one storey block of classrooms
Lot 1b: Construction of Cyber Cafe

Lot 2: Procurement of various items such as Projector, Computers and accessories, Generator, Photocopiers, Air Conditioners, etc

Lot 3: Procurement of Vehicles such as Toyota Hilux, 30 Seater Toyota Coaster Bus with Petrol Engine, Toyota Ambulance and other items.

Lot 4: Procurement of Books and Journals for the Library

3.) Pre-Qualification Requirements
The pre-qualification documents are to include the following:

• Company profile including Organizational Structure
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the past 3 years
• Evidence of Company Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission Abuja
• Evidence of Company Financial Profile
• Copy of current Audited Accounts of the Company for the past 3 years
• Evidence of VAT Registration and VAT Remittances for 3 years
• Evidence of past projects executed (at least 3 projects)
• Evidence of Registration as Contractor with the Institution.
