Federal Medical Centre - Invitation for Pre-Qualification for 2013 Capital Projects Consultancy

The Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja, hereby invites interested, qualified and reputable contractors to express interest for the 2013 Capital projects Consultancy.

Consultancy Services
The scope of work includes preparation of detailed/full drawings (Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil, Structural, Electrical & Mechanical). The Consortium is also expected to provide other services that will facilitate the execution of the projects.

Pre-Qualification Requirement
Interested and competent contractors wishing to carry out the above job must submit the following documents with the expression of interest:

• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
• Evidence of payment of tax for the past three (3) years.
• Certificate of Compliance issued by the National Pension Commission as evidence of fulfilling employer’s obligation to employees with respect to pensions.
• Evidence of payment of training contributions to ITF (Industrial Training Fund).
• Evidence of Registration with relevant Professional body
• Evidence of successfully executing projects within the last three (3) years, similar in scope & complexity.
• Current Company’s audited statement of account for the past 3 years, and duly stamped by a registered Auditor.
• Company’s registered address, functional contact email address & GSM phone number(s).

Submission
Completed pre-qualification documents accompanied by the above listed documents should be forwarded in wax sealed and addressed to:

Closing Date
All submission must be received at the above office not later than 6 weeks from the date of the publication (i.e. 8th April, 2013), by 12noon.
