Invitation to Tender for Fabrication and Supply of ECCDE Furniture at Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board

The Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board (RSUBEB) has received separately funds for 2009 Overall Best Performance Award, 1st 4th Quarters 2011, and 1st 4th Quarters 2012 from FGN/UBE Intervention Fund towards the cost of Universal Basic Education (USE) Intervention Projects in the State, and intends to apply part of the Funds to cover eligible payment under the following contracts for which this Invitation to Tender is issued.

1.) 2009 FGN/UBE Overall Best Performance Award - Fabrication and Supply of PRIMARY Pupils Desks and Teachers Furniture to three (3) selected schools

2.) 1st 4th Quarters 2011 FGN/USE Intervention Fund - Fabrication and Supply of PRIMARY and ECCDE Pupils Desks and TEACHERS Furniture, Library Furniture; Procurement and Supply of Hospital Equipment; ICT Equipment/Instructional Materials and Out Door Play Facilities to the 9no. new Classroom Blocks constructed under this fund.

3.) 1st 4th Quarters 2012 FGN/UBE Intervention Fund Construction of Block wall fencing with Security Gate House, External Interlocking Tiles and Lighting in 10no. newly constructed classroom blocks premises, construction of 2no. 14-classroom and 4no Alternative 10- classroom Model Primary Classroom blocks, and renovation of I no. one-storey 6-classroom (Primary) block and 1no. one-storey 6- classroom (JSS) block.

The Rivers State Universal Basic Education Board, Port Harcourt now invites Sealed Tenders from Reputable Contractors/Suppliers for the above mentioned projects as in the schedule below.
