Invitation to Tender for Renovation of the Ososaim Youth Centre Ibadan

1.) Introduction
The Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ibadan Oyo State is inviting competent experienced and interested firms/ Consortium for Pre-Qualification and to tender for the project below.

2.) Scope of Works
Renovation of the Ososaim Youth Centre Ibadan.

3. Pre-Qualification
Interested bidders should submit the following for pre-qualification

• Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration
• Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years
• Evidence of Registration with the Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement
• Evidence of similar projects successfully executed
• Evidence of Technical and Managerial Capability
• Company’s audited account for 3 years
• Evidence of payment for Pre-qualification fee of N20,000.00

4.) Bid Documents
These shall be collected from the Department of Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Youth and Sports.

5.) Closing Date/Submission
All Bid documents are to be submitted and addressed to:
The Permanent Secretary,
Cabinet and Security,
Office of the Governor,
Secretariat, Ibadan

NOT later than 11th March, 2013 from the date of this advertisement.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend at the above address on Monday 11th March, 2013 at 12 noon.

7.) The advertisement shall not be taken as a commitment on the part of this Ministry nor shall it entitle Companies/Firms to make arty claim whatsoever and or/seek indemnity from the Ministry.
