In compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Nigerian Communications Commission intends to invite competent Consultants with proven experience to carry out Technical Audit in selected Digital Awareness Project (DAP) to assess the current status of the ICT tools and other equipment deployed at the beneficiary schools. To this end, competent Technical Auditors are invited to submit proposals for the service.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested Consulting firms that wish to participate in the exercise are required to submit the following documents:
- Evidence of S corporation and registration with CAC.
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the preceding 3 years.
- Companies audited account for the proceeding 3 years
- Evidence of compliance with the statutory Pension Act.
- Profile of the Company including list of similar services provided, letter of award, completion certificate and curriculum vitea of professionals in the company’s employment.
- Evidence of financial capability supported with bank statements for the last six months from a reputable bank.
- A brief proposal depicting clear understanding of the scope of work.
Closing Date
1200 noon on Tuesday, March 26th, 2013.
Submission of Documents
The proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked
“Eol for DAP Technical Audit” on the right hand corner and the name of the company should be clearly written at the reverse side of the envelope. The documents should be addressed to:

Opening of Tender
Tenders will he opened at 1230pm same day at the Conference Hall in the Commission’s Head office Building, Plot 423, Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama, Abuja. Interested Companies and Members of the Public are invited to attend the opening exercise.
