Further to our advertisement in the Daily Trust and the Punch newspapers of 23rd July, 2012, bidders should note that Requirement No iii (Evidence of registration with the Federal Ministry of Works) as listed in the said advert is not a requirement to bid for the work based on the Provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.

However bidders should note that in addition to the other requirements as listed in the said advert. “Evidence of Compliance with the Provisions of the ITF Amended Act 2011” is now a requirement to bid for the projects..
