1.) Introduction
In line with Federal Government’s efforts and determination to improve Electricity infrastructure and productive capacity the Management of Power Holding Company of Nigeria, Benin Electricity Distribution Company intends to execute some essential Federal Government funded Power Projects.

2.) Condition for Eligibility

• Evidence of similar jobs executed in the past.
• Evidence of company registration/certificate of incorporation
• Current Company tax clearance certificate for the last (3) three years.
• Photocopies of VAT registration certificate and evidence of VAT remittances.
• Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act 2004.
• Company’s audited account for the last (3) three years
• Evidence of SON and ISO Certificate.
• Comprehensive company profile with proof of competence to undertake the job.
• Evidence of technical financial, operational and managerial capabilities.
• Any other related document that will place the company on a comparative advantage.

3.) Method of Application
Tender documents are available for collection upon payment of non-refundable Tender fee of Seventy-five Thousand Naira only (N75,000.00) from the office of the Principal Manager (Procurement).

4.) Closing Date/Submission of Tender
Completed bids in line with Tender document should be submitted on or before 12.00 noon of April 22, 2013 to:

Bids are to be opened same day.

5.) Notes:

• Only technically qualified company will be allowed to participate in the financial competitive Tender
• Benin Electricity Distribution Company will not enter into any correspondence with any unsuccessful bidder
