Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board- Invitation for Tenders for the 1st and 2nd Quarters, 2012 UBE Intervention Projects

The Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board has received counterpart fund from both the Kwara State government and the UBEC/FGN for the 1st and 2nd Quarters 2012. The Board intends to utilize the fund for Infrastructural Development of ECCDE Centres, Primary and Junior Secondary Schools across the 16 local Government Areas of the state.

Invitation is therefore extended to interested but reputable contractors to tender for the below listed UBE projects.
Lot 1: Construction of a Block of Two Classrooms with Office
Lot 2: Remodeling/ Rehab1ilitiation of a Block of Two Classrooms
Lot 3: provision of Vip Toilets With Deep-Well
Lot 4: provision of Pupils/Students Furniture:

• Fabrication and distribution of ECCDE Pupils Furniture
• Fabrication and distribution of PRIMARY Pupils Furniture
• Fabrication and distribution of JSS Students Furniture

Requirements
Tenders are to submit along with their bids, the following:

• Certificate of Incorporation in appropriate category.
• Evidence of registration with the Kwara State Ministry of Works.
• Evidence of payment of income tax for three (3) years
• Evidence of registration with the KWSUBEB
• Evidence of previous works/ projects executed and the company profile.
• Payment of non-refundable fee of ten thousand Naira (N10,000) only.
