Invitation for Expression of Interests (EOIS) as Consultants/developers for the Agodi Gardens

Oyo State is determined to attain set leadership targets in the global tourism market. In this regard, the State Government intends to embark on the comprehensive Rehabilitation and Redevelopment of the Agodi Zoological and Botanical Gardens in Ibadan into a World Class Relaxation, Holiday/Entertainment
Resort.

2.) Scope of Work
The main objectives of this consultancy are as follows:

To significantly restore and improve the entire Garden which has become run down.
To develop the garden into a World Class Relaxation and Entertainment resort capable of attracting international Patronage and direct Foreign investment.
To make better use of wasteland in the Garden.

3.) Bid Requirements
Interested Consultants with relevant experience are expected to forward three Copies of their detailed applications along with the following documents:

Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
Evidence of Registration as a contractor with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement;
Evidence of audited accounts of the company for the past Three (3) years;
Evidence of similar projects successfully executed with their Locations (copies of letters of award and certificate or completion attached);
Photocopy of Tax Certificate covering the past three years.

4.) Submission of Documents
Interested consultants are to submit their documents enclosed in wax-sealed envelopes with the project title clearly marked on top right hand corner of the envelope and addressed to:

The Permanent Secretary,
(Cabinet and State Security),
Office of the Executive Governor,
Secretariat,
Ibadan.

Not later than 12noon on Wednesday 3rd April, 2013.

5.) Only prequalified bidders shall be contacted.

6.) Please Note That:

Late submission will be rejected;
Oyo State Ministry of Culture and Tourism is NOT legally bound to enter any contractual ‘agreement of negotiations with any party based on this advertisement.
