Pre-Qualification of Consultants the Rehabilitation of Office and Construction of Theatre and Guest Lodge at Sir Anmadu Bello Memorial Foundation

The Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation wishes to embark on the rehabilitation of its office building and the construction of a theatre and guest lodge.

Expressions of Interest are hereby invited from suitably qualified consultants for the following works:

• Rehabilitation of front office
• Construction of attached one storey office block
• Theatre
• Guest lodge

Pre-Qualification Requirements

• Evidence of incorporation
• Registration of firm with relevant professional body (ARCON, COREN etc)
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate (for 3 years) including TIN
• Financial capability/bankers reference
• Company profile with evidence of similar works carried out
• List of Personnel, vehicle and equipments
• VAT registration
• Audited Accounts (for 3 years).
