Invitation to Tender at Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital

Ekiti State Government as part of her 8-point agenda is promoting prevention of preventable diseases, as well as delivery of prompt and qualitative health services to the people of Ekiti State.

In line with this, Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital proposes to carryout the under listed projects on PUBLIC-PRIVATE-PARTNERSHIP

Lot 1: Establishment of Medical Gas Plant and Pipeline
Lot 2: Construction of modern kitchen and cafeteria that befits a Teaching Hospital

Qualification Requirements
Interested partner who possess the following requirements are invited to submit technical and financial proposals.
Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C)

• Evidence from the partner’s Bankers as to their financial capacity to undertake the project
• Evidence of tax clearance certificate of the last three years plus evidence of VAT payment.
• Evidence of payment of Development levy in Ekiti State in the last three years.
• A comprehensive company profile to include a verifiable key professional staff and evidence of financial audited account for the last three years.
• Evidence of similar project undertaken
• Evidence of registration with professional bodies.
• Evidence of registration with the hospital.

Applicants are expected to prepare an Architectural drawing of a modern kitchen and cafeteria that befits a Teaching Hospital

The completed tender documents should be submitted in sealed envelope and must be dropped in the Tenders Box in the Director of Administration’s Office, Ekiti State University Teaching Kospital, Ado Ekiti with the Lot applied for boldly written at the Top Right Hand Corner of the envelope

The Companies submitting the pre-qualification and Tender document should write the name and mobile phone number of a contract person at the bottom left corner of the envelopes. This will allow for prompt communication.

Closing Date
Submission of Tender returns 6th May, 2013 by 12 noon on 6t May, 2013. Meanwhile, the Management will contact the shortlisted bidder in due course.
