1.) The Code of Conduct Bureau hereby invites suitably qualified and interested contractors to tender for the CCB Capital Projects for year 2013.

2.) Scope of Work
Job Title

Lots 1: Rapid Capturing of Completed Assets Declaration Forms
Lots 2: Production of Assets Declaration Packages
Lots 3: Purchase of Library Books and Equipment
Lots 4: Consultancy for the Code of Conduct Bureau
Lots 5: ICT Training for Staff
Lots 6: Public Enlightenment Programs
Lots 7: Public Private Partnership on Public Enlightenment

3.) Requirement for Tendering
All interested and qualified contractors should accompany their proposals with the following documents.
  • Evidence of Registration of the Company with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
  • Evidence of similar jobs executed in the last 4 years.
  • Evidence of registration with relevant professional body or institution.
  • Evidence of financial capability and Bank support.
  • Company profile indicating details of key staff.
  • TIN Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate with validity up to 31 December, 2013.

4.) Collection and Submission of Tender

Tender Bidding documents with detail specification can be collected from the Office of the Secretary, CCB upon presentation of evidence of payment of nonrefundable tender fees of N50,000.00. Completed Tender Document should be submitted in sealed envelope marked “Tender for (Indicate the specific project and Lot No. of interest)t. Addressed to the Chairman, Code of Conduct Bureau, Abuja” and deposited into the tender box at the Office of the Secretary, CCB

5.) Closing Date
20th May, 2013

6.) Opening of Tender
The tender will be opened on Monday 20th May, 2013 at 11.00 a.m. at the CCB Conference Room. All bidders or their representatives, professional bodies, NGOs and interested stakeholders are invited to witness the bid opening.

  • False claims and failure to meet specific requirements listed in 3.0 above automatically leads to disqualification.
  • The Bureau is not bound to consider a specific tender and shall not engage in any unnecessary correspondence on the matter.
