Invitation to Tender for the Engagement of the Services of Garages for the Maintenance of ECOWAS Commission’s Vehicles

The ECOWAS Commission intends to use a part of its budget to engage the Services of Garages for Vehicle Preventive Maintenance and Repair for ECOWAS Commission.

2.) The ECOWAS Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Services as follows:
The vehicles to be serviced are Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), buses and saloon cars and include, but are not limited to those listed below:

• Toyota Land Cruiser
• Toyota Land Cruiser Prado
• Toyota Hilux Double Cabin
• Toyota Corolla
• Mitsubishi Pajero*
• Mercedes Benz Saloon

NB: The terms and conditions are described in the Bidding Document.

3.) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Procurement Division of the Directorate of General Administration, 1st Floor ECOWAS Commission, 101 Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, PMB 401, Abuja, Nigeria.

4.) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Director of General Administration and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of: Twenty Thousand
(20,000) Naira only.

5.) Bids should be delivered in sealed envelopes and deposited in the ECO WAS Tenders Box located in the Office of the Commissioner of Administration & Finance, 5th Floor, ECOWAS Commission, 101 Yakubu Gowon Crescent , Asokoro District, PMB 401, Abuja , Nigeria and clearly marked

“Tender for the Engagement of the Services of Garages for the Maintenance of ECOWAS Commission’s Vehicles”. Do Not Open, Except in Presence of the Tender Committee” on or before 11.00 am on Friday 31 May 2013.

6.) This Invitation for Bids can also be viewed on the ECOWAS Commission website: www.ecowas.int

7.) Bid shall include a Bid guarantee (bank guarantee or insurance bond). The amount of the Bid Security shall be: 350,000.00 Naira only.

8.) Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, Friday 31st May 2013 at 11.30 pm at ECOWAS Commission Main Hall, 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja, Nigeria.
