Invitation for Prequalification at National Agency for the Prohibition of Traffic in Persons (NAPTIP)

National Agency for the Prohibition of Traffic in Persons and Other Related Matters (NAPTIP) in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, invites competent and reputable companies/ contractors to submit pre-qualification documents as pre-requisite to tender for the following projects;

A.) Scope of Work:
Lot 1: Renovation/Furnishing of Newly Acquired Makurdi Zonal Office
Lot 2: Purchase and Installation of two (2nos.) 30KVA Power Generating Set with 2,000 litres diesel tank each
Lot 3: Purchase of Rehabilitation Materials for Victims of Human Trafficking
Lot 4a: Production of Documentary Series for Radio/Television Jingles
Lot 4b: Production of Information, Education and Communication Materials (IEC) for public awareness

B.) Pre-Qual1fication Requirements:

• Prospective Contractors are required to submit the following prequalification documents;
• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Company’s Audited Accounts for three years
• Evidence of verifiable similar job executed within the last three years
• Evidence of Financial capability in form of Banker’s reference
• Up — to — date Tax Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of Remittance of Pension Contribution
• Compliance with the requirement of section 6(1) to (3) of the Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act, 2011

C.) Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents:

• The pre-qualification documents are to be submitted in A4 size and neatly bound 3 copies.
• The documents must be sealed in an envelope and the job reference number must be dearly written at the top left hand corner of the envelops e.g. LOT 3
• All documents must be submitted to; The Head (Procurement Unit),
