Kano State Commercial Agricultural Dev. Project - Request for Expressions of Interest (Consultant Services)

The Kano State Government through the Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the ‘World Bank toward the cost of the Commercial Agriculture Development Project (CADP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the following consultant services:

• Engagement of Farm Access Road Consultant for Design & Preparation of (BEME) & supervision.
• Engagement of Rural Energy Consultant for Design & preparation o (MF) and Supervision.
• Engagement of Environment and Social Management Plan Consultant for Road and Energy
• Engagement of Environmental Management Monitoring Consultant
• Engagement of Consultant for impact Assessment.
• Engagement of Consultant for Beneficiary Assessment.
• Engagement of Consultant for Social Impact Audit.
• Engagement of Consultant for Quality Assurance and Standardization on 3 value chains (Rice, Maize and Dairy).
• Engagement of Consultant for Agric. Products and Farm Enterprises.
• Engagement of Consultant for Price Market Survey.
• Engagement of Consultant for Design of Agro Processing Centers

The Kano State Commercial Agriculture Development Project now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing any f the services. Interested consultants (Firms or Individuals) must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

A consultant will be selected under Consultant Qualification (CQ) in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).

Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours 8.00am - 4.00 pm (Mondays-Fridays).

Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below on or before 4.00pm, Friday 13 May, 201 3
