Expression of Interest/Invitation to Tender: Third Party Logistics for Distribution from Zonal Stores to State Central Medical Stores (CMS) and from CMS to TB Treatment Facilities NTHE States

We Request Sealed Bids from eligible Logistics Organisations, with a track record of store based and facility based distribution.

Service required is the quarterly distribution of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Commodities from Zonal Stores to State Central Medical Stores (CMS), and from CMS to TB Treatment facilities throughout the Federation.

Duration of service is for one year, with a bi-annual review of capacity.

Quotation should include details of distances and cost per kg for the routes.

Vehicles for transportation shall be containerised trucks, which can be inspected, and shall be kept in good condition so as to prevent breakdown while commodities are in transit, as well as to maintain commodity integrity.

Deliveries to designated Stores shall be in strict compliance with the prepared plan.

Deadline: Interested Logistics Organisations should submit their sealed bids, marked on top right hand side with DISTRIBUTION OF TB COMMODITIES, together with the following verifiable documents within 20th May, 2013:

• Detailed Company Profile
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum of Article of Association
• Goods-in-transit insurance for worth of commodities in transit at all times
• Tax Clearance (TIN number is mandatory)
• Evidence of past jobs
