Invitation to Tender for Supply of Water Treatment Chemical at Kogi State Government of Nigeria

Tenders are hereby invited from reputable companies for the supply of water treatment Chemicals to the State Water Board.

2.) Tender requirements for the supply include:

• Certificate of Incorporation with the CAC
• Comprehensive Company Profile to include evidence of similar job(s) for the past years
• Audited Account for the past 3 years (2010, 2011 & 2012)
• Tax Clearance Certificate for 2010,2011,2012
• Evidence of up to date registration with Ministry of Water Resources
• Evidence of Financial Capability duly issued from any capitalized bank in Nigeria.

3.) Tender forms are obtainable from the Department of Planning, Research, and Statistics upon payment of tender and processing fee of N50,000.00 (fifty thousand Naira) only.

4.) The duly completed form and document enclosed in an envelope marked CHEM/SULP/MWR 13 should be addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, P.M.B. 1007, Lokoja to reach him not later than 27th May, 2013.
