A.) The State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) Bauchi, intends to carry out the under listed projects in LEA Primary School II, Miya under the 2010 Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) BOT Special Intervention

1. Construction of Multipurpose Hall.

2. Construction of Administrative Block / Staff room

3. Construction of 7 blocks of 2 classrooms

4. Construction of VIP Toilet

5. Geophysical Investigation and Drilling of 77m deep borehole fitted with Indian Mark Ill hand pump

6. Procurement of 350 Nos. 2 Seater Pupils Desk

7. Procurement of 300 Nos. Plastic Chairs for Multipurpose Hall

8. Procurement of 20 Nos Teacher’s Table and Chairs

B.) To qualify for the biding, the following documents are required:

i. Certificate of Incorporation of Company with Corporate Affairs Commission,

ii. Evidence of Registration as a Contractor with the Bauchi State Government

iii. Tax Clearance Certificate for tlie last three (3) years

iv. Evidence of Financial strength of the company

v. Availability of plants and equipments to execute the works.

C.) Pre-qualification documents should be sealed and marked CONFIDENTIAL and addressed to:

D.) Closing Date
This is only an invitation for Pre-qualificatlon but not for Tender and is valid until 7th September, 2012

E.) Only successful contractors will be contacted for tender after screening.
