The Government of Ekiti State, Nigeria hereby invites registered and competent contractors to tender for the provision of 46Km access earth roads within 3 Governments Residential Estates in the State.

Lot N0: 1
Project Site: Egbewa 3rd Extension, behind NTA, Ado. Ekiti
Total Length of Road: 13KM
Scope of Work: Grading and Compacting.

Lot N0:2
Project Site: Iworoko Road, Residential Estate, Ado-Ekiti
Total Length of Road: 13KM
Scope of Work: Opening-up, Grading.

Lot N0:3
Project Site: Ikole Residential Estate
Total Length of Road: 20KM
Scope of Work: Opening-up, Grading and Compacting.



Site Inspection
Interested applicants should contact the Director Lands Services Department, Bureau of Lands, Phase V State Secretariat Complex, Ado-Ekiti to obtain the layout plan and facilitate a reconnaissance visit to the site for the purpose of reasonable pricing of the Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation.

Tender documents including un-priced BEME can he collected from the Office of the Director, Planning Research and Statistics of the Bureau with Government receipt for the payment of non-refundable Tender fees of (N20, 000.00) only for LOT I &ll and (N60, 000.00) only for LOT Ill payable to Head 453-02, sub-head 12 of the Bureau of Lands at any of the Banks approved by the State Government for e-payment.


Requirements for Tendering:
Evidence of registration and proper business categorization with Ekiti State Bureau of Public Procurement.
Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission .
Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years (2011, 2012, and 2013).
Tax clearance certificate of 2 company Directors.
Evidence of payment of 3 years Ekiti State Development Levy
(2011, 2012, and 2013).
Evidence of registration of Business Premises.
Evidence of registration with relevant professional Body.
Company profile and verifiable list of similar job(s) carried out.


Method of Submission
All Tender documents (Technical and Financial), including ‘application of intent must he submitted in spiral bound A4 format, wax-sealed of envelopes, and should be Marked: EK/BLM: Tender Notice for the Construction of Access Road indicating the LOT in bracket” and addressed to

Acceptance of Tender

The name of bidder should not be inscribed on the envelope in any manner whatsoever. Only bids submitted in the prescribed manner shall be accepted by the Tender Secretariat.
