Invitation for Pre-Qualification for Contractors to Tender for the Construction of Structures at Permanent NYSC Orientation Camp, Paiko, Niger State



The Niger State Ministry of Youth Development wishes to invite interested and Qualified Contractors for the Pre-qualification to tender for the construction of Structures at the Permanent NYSC Orientation Camp, Paiko, under Phase I of the project as detailed below:

• Lot I: 2 no. hostel blocks
• Lot 2: 2 no. hostel blocks
• Lot 3: Car Park/Parade Ground/Quarter Guard
• Lot 4: Director’s Quarters
• Lot 5: Administrative Block

Pre-qualification Requirements

• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years
• Article and Memorandum of Association
• Evidence of Financial Capability
• VAT Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of Receipt of Payment of Tender Documents
• Evidence of Similar Job(s) executed.
• Audited Account for three years.
• Evidence of registration with Niger State Ministry of Youth Development
• Evidence of registration with Niger State Public Procurement Board

Collection of Tender Documents
All applicants are to pay a non-refundable fee of fifty Thousand Naira (N50, 000.00) at the office of the Chief Accountant and collect the tender documents at the office of Director Planning, Research and Statistics.


Submission of Tender Documents
Completed documents should be signed, sealed and addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youth Development, Minna.
