Invitation for Bids for an Estate Valuer, Kogi State

The National Iron Ore Mining Company (NIOMCO) Ltd, Itakpe in Kogi State hereby invites reputable companies/individuals with relevant qualifications and experience in Estate Valuation to submit bids for resolving issues relating to the enumeration and valuation of the company’s landed property as are affected by the on-going dualization of Lokoja-Benin road. Detailed scope of work is available at the Sole Administrator’s Office, National Iron Ore Mining Company Itakpe.

Invitation for Bids for an Estate Valuer

Interested Estate Valuers are required to collect Tender Documents from the Sole Administrator’s office; National Iron Ore mining company Ltd. ltakpe, Kogi State.

Qualifications for Bidding

• Current Tax Clearance Certificate covering assessment for 2010, 2011, 2012 that will expire 2013
• Evidence of VAT registration and evidence of tax remittance to the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), including Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Certificate of Incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission
• Company profile with evidence of experience in similar jobs
• Bids must be in English language and duly signed
• Evidence of educational qualifications
