Expression of Interest for the Purchase and Installation of Water Dispensers (MEGA)

Requirements:

Interested Firms/Contractors must provide the following documents:
Corporate profile(s) and evidence of professional and technical experience on similar assignments
Office address, telephone numbers and e-mails of key contact persons in the organization
Certificate of Incorporation, Certified true copies of Memorandum and Articles of association and CAC Form C07
Evidence of Registration with Bureau of Public Procurement, Governor’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan
Company Tax Clearance and those of 2 Directors covering the last 3 years
Evidence of current Registration of Business Premises with Oyo State Government
