The following Country Office is soliciting for EOI from registered service providers for the following:

• Automotive Gas Oil
• Generator Companies
• Medical/Laboratory Equipment
• Supply of Office Stationeries e.g. folders, clips, photocopy papers etc
• Basic Care kits (LLIN, Water guard and lidded Bucket)
• Generator Repairs and Services
• Newspaper Adverts and Publications
• Supply of Office Equipment e.g. Safe, File Cabinet, Refrigerator etc
• Branding and Corporate Gifts
• HVAC Specialist
• Printing Services
• Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers;
• Catering Services
• Insurance Brokers
• Provision of dispenser water
• Vehicle Maintenance
• Car Hire Services
• IT Equipment and consumables
• Security Services
• Vehicle operational supplies (Tyre, Brake Oil, Engine Oil)
• Cleaning Services
• IT Networking Service Providers
• Supply and installation of Air-conditioners
• Customs Clearing Agents
• Medical Laboratory consumable
• Supply of Cleaning Consumables items e.g. washing detergents, Tissue Paper, Air Fresheners,

Existing Vendors should consider this EOI as a revalidation exercise and must participate in this process

All submissions must be made with the following relevant documents:

• Legal registration of the company;
• Company Profile;
• Confirmation of financial capacity of the company (3 years Audited Statement of Accounts);
• Manufacturers’ authorization letter (where applicable)
• Evidence of relevant contracts handled in the past
• Reference contact list;
• Certificate of registration with NICOM and NICRIB (Insurance brokers only)
• WHOPES Certificate (LLIN Suppliers Only)
• Partner ID for HP, Dell, Cisco, etc (For IT Equipment Suppliers Only)
• Other relevant supporting documents as requested on the supplier application form.

Please note:

• For any clarification on any aspect of this Expression of Interest advert, please send an e-mail to: procurement@ng.fhi360.org quoting “Expression of Interest/Vendor Registration” on the subject of the e-mail.
• As part of the prequalification process, FHI 360 may visit the locations of the vendors to access their capacity as stated on the Supplier registration form. Only the pre-qualified vendors would be invited to participate in the related supply to any Invitation to Bid and/ or the Request for Proposals. This call for expression of Interest does not amount to a commitment on the part of FH1360 and nothing in this EOI shall be construed to be a binding legal contract. FHI 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the Proposals without any obligation to inform the affected applicants of the basis for the acceptance or rejection. Any subsequent procurement will be governed by FHI 360 Procurement Policy and Procedures.
• Any attempt to influence the FHI 360 internal selection process will result in the immediate disqualification of the vendor(s) concerned.
