Sequel to our advertisement in the Punch and Hope Newspapers of Monday 19 August, 2013 inviting vendors to prequalify for the execution of projects under the 2012 track of the LG-CGS in Ondo State, all companies which applied are hereby requested to check their names on the Notice Boards of the Intergovernmental Affairs & Multilateral Relations Unit Governors Office. AJagbaka, Akure. Successful vendors are also hereby requested to bid for the following projects in the Local Governments where they have sought pre-qualification.

Requirements
All vendors are required to submit the following documents alongside their respective bids:

Evidence of Certificate of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
Evidence of 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate (c) Evidence of 3 years Development Levy
Evidence of Registration with Ondo State Ministry of Works (e) Evidence of Financial capability and banking support (f) Evidence of similar projects executed and knowledge of the Industry

Collection of Tender Documents
Prospective applicants are to collect tender documents for their preferred projects from Intergovernmental Affairs and Multilateral Relations, Governor’s Office, Alagbaka Akure, Ondo State on the payment of a non-refundable tender fee for each of the Lot to the bank which detail should be obtained from the Account Section of this Office.

Submission of Tenders Documents
All application for tender should be addressed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked at the left hand corner indicating the Lot and the Name of LGA for which tender documents are submitted. These documents are to be submitted to:

State MDGs-CGS Project Implementation Committee,
Intergovernmental Affairs and Multilateral Relations
Governor’s Office, Alagbaka,
Akure, Ondo State
