The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) invites reputable backbone connectivity services providers with proven experience and capacity to submit bids for the Provision of Interconnectivity Services for NNPC Offices Nationwide as highlighted below:

Scope of Work
  • The scope of work shall cover but not be limited to provision of the following services and service levels:
  • Establish managed MPLS/VPN based between various NNPC offices across the country and the NNPC CHQ Abuja;
  • Integrate the link with the Local Area at the respective offices;
  • Implement Quality of Service (Q0S) for traffic prioritization;
  • Provide Network Management interface for monitoring service levels at the different locations from NNPC CHQ Abuja;
  • Ensure a minimum of 98% availability on a daily basis;
  • Human Capacity development

Qualification Requirements
  • Interested companies must include the following documents in their submissions for it to be considered:
  • Evidence of registration with Corporate Affair Commission (CAC);
  • Evidence of tax payment for the last three (3) years;
  • Current company audited statement of account for the past three (3) years duly stamped by a registered auditor. (Please note that account statement will be compared with submitted tax certificates);
  • Evidence of appropriate license from NCC;
  • Evidence of having executed similar works within the last five years (supporting documents and references should be attached);
  • Details of Points of Presence (POP) in the country;
  • Comprehensive company profile including organizational chart and details of management team;
  • Curriculum Vitae of available workforce, including of those intended for the roles of Project Manager and Technical Lead in the project (please clearly indicate your personnel covering these roles);
  • Company’s Community Affairs, Safety, Health, Environment I and Security, (Cashes) plans and Quality Assurance /Quality Control policy;

Note:
  • NNPC Reserves the right to accept or reject any application;
  • All expenses incurred as a result of preparation and submission of documents for this exercise shall be borne by the interested Company;
  • The bidder has added responsibilities to:
  • Request for any technical information deemed essential for the development of the solution design document.
  • Familiarize themselves with the works to be performed in accordance with the inquiry documents, and the working conditions, applicable laws and regulations, labour conditions, environmental aspects and all other conditions that can affect timely delivery of required service.
  • Visit and inspect the designated NNPC offices in order to submit a firm and comprehensive proposal. This shall be done in liaison with any of the contact persons identified in the bid document;
  • Ensure full HSE Compliance at all times during the Site Inspection.
