Request for expression of interest for the supply and installation of CISCO Unified Communication System at NGC Headquarters, Warri.

The Nigerian Gas Company intends to replace the obsolete Ericsson PABX with Cisco unified communication system at its Headquarters, Warri This advert seeks for expression of interest from interested contractors in accordance with the guidelines detailed in the scope of works below:

1.0 Scope of Work
The scope of works shall include, but not limited to the supply and installation of the following :

Cisco Unified communication System;
1.1.1 Server, Power Over Ethernet (POE) switches, software and license for 297 users
1.1.2 297 Internet Protocol (IP) extension interface
1.1.3 Integrated voicemail / Auto attendant
1.1.4 Cisco Internet Protocol (IP) phones
1.1.5 Power Supply Solution
1.1.6 Installation, testing and commissioning
1.1.7 Training of NGC personnel
1.1.8 Post installation support for one year
1.1.9 Production of as-built drawings, documentation manuals and any relevant documentation after installation works.

2.0 Specified Requirements from Interested Companies
Those interested in the pre-qualification process are required to submit comprehensive technical and financial information as follows:

2.1 Company Legal Status and Profile
Company's name, postal address, telephone and e-mail address of Head Office where correspondence is to be directed. Provide evidence of company registration in Nigeria including Certificate of Incorporation.

2.2 Regiation certificates
Provide evidence of Companys registration with the Department of Petroleum Resource (DPR) and Nigerian National Petroleum Resources (NNPC).

2.3 Relevant Experience
Provide verifiable evidence of previous corporate experience and capabilities in Provision and Installation of Cisco Unified Communication system. The prospective bidder should provide details of similar and relevant jobs executed to demonstrate its capabilities as well as its partnering plan/Agreement with CISCO to execute the works.

2.4 Experience of key personnel
Each prospective bidder should provide the CVs of key personnels

2.5 Financial Capability
Interested bidders shall also provide the following:

• Copies of its audited accounts for three (3) previous financial years (2009, 2010, 2011).
• The financial capability should include sources of funds, primary Bank reference(s) (Names, phone and contact).

2.6 Tax Clearance certificate
Provide your company’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.

2.7 Health Safety & Environment (HSE)
Provide your HSE plan and evidence of your companys Management commitment to Health, Safety and Environrnent.(HSE) policy.

2.8 Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
Provide your company’s Quality Assurance and Quality policy and plan.
Attach copies of your certifications (ISO etc).

Closing Date
The requested information and any supporting documentation in respect of this pre-qualification process should be submitted in one (1) original plus three (3) copies not later than 18th October, 2012. The documentation should be sealed and dearly marked:

This invitation does not constitute a commitment on the part of NGC to award any contract to companies expressing interest in the work, and the submission of documents shall not entitle any of the companies to any claims whatsoever from NGC or its parent company by virtue of such company having responded to the invitation.
All cost incurred by respondents as a result of this prequalification and any subsequent request for information shall be to the respondent's account.
