Pre-Qualification Requirement

• Interested competent contractors., who wish to submit to the prequalification exercise and bid for any/all of the above-listed Jobs, are to send the under-listed qualification requirements to the undersigned under one cover:.
• Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Tax Clearance Certificate of the firm for r the last three years
• Evidence of VAT Registration (if/where applicable)
• Evidence of PENCOM registration and remittance
• Evidence of Registration as a Contractor with Abia State Government
• Evidence of Registration as a contractor with Abia State University
• Audited Account for the past (3) three years
• Current evidence of Financial Capability from the Banker(s)
• Corporate profile of the firm, showing technical competence of personnel
• Evidence of performance on similar projects and Contract award letters
• Registration with Industrial Training Fund

Closing date: 20th January, 2014

Submission of Tenders/Bid Documents
Interested Bidders are requested to obtain the bid documents from the Director of Physical Planning, office of the Vice-Chancellor on payment of non-refundable Bid/Tender fees as specified on the table above.
Pre-Qualification and project/job tender documents should be enclosed in separate envelops; clearly marked as appropriate and submitted to:
Registrar/Secretary to Council Tenders Board
