Pre-Qualification of Contractors for the MDGS/CGS Scale-Up To Local Government Funded Projects, Ogun State

The Ogun State Government wishes to embark on the implementation of MDG-related protects in selected Local Government Areas in partnership with the Federal Government. The Projects are to be funded through the Federal Government Supported Conditional Grants Scheme Scale-up to Local Governments.

Health Related Projects

• Lot 1 Renovation of Primary Health Centre
• Lot 2 Procurement of Medical Equipment and Supplies
• Lot 3 Provision of Ambulances
• Lot 4 Procurement of Essential Drugs Equipment
• Lot 5 Refurbishing of Equipment for Local Government Area
• Lot 6 Construction of Sanitation Facility
• Lot 7 Procurement of Essential Hospital Equipment

Education Related Projects

• Lot 8 Reconstruction of Block of Classrooms
• Lot 9 Rehabilitation of Dilapidated Classrooms
• Lot 10 Construction of VIP Toilet Facilities
• Lot 11 Procurement of Furniture for Students and Teachers
• Lot 1 2 Construction of Motorized Borehole
• Lot 13 Provision of Hand Pump Boreholes

Pre- Qualification Requirement

• Interested Contractors are expected to submit the following documents for pre-qualification:
• Evidence of registration of their Companies with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
• Evidence of professional and technical qualification of key staff;
• Evidence of registration with Ogun State Ministry of Works/Ministry of Commerce and Industries as appropriate;
• Evidence of similar jobs completed within the past Three (3) years;
• Company’s Audited Accounts for the last Three years;
• Evidence of Three years Tax Clearance Certificates of Two Directors obtained from Ogun State Government;
• Evidence of financial capability
• Evidence of Equipment, Plants and Professional capacity;
• Annual turnover
• Evidence VAT registration certificate;
• Contact address, including GSM number and E-mail address; and
• Evidence of settlement of PAYE and other taxes due to the State
