The Kogi State Government has approved the partitioning of the second phase of the secretariat complex to accommodate more Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).

Tender notice for the Second phase of the secretariat complex

The Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development’s Tenders Board hereby invites interested and qualified contractors to bid for the partitioning of the secretariat complex arranged in the lots 1-3

Tender Requirements:

• Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• List of Technical Personnel of the company
• Evidence of similar works executed in the last 5 years.
• List of equipment of the company
• Evidence of audited account for the last 3 years
• Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years (2011, 2012, and 2013)
• Evidence of registration with Kogi State Government
• Reference letter from a well capitalized bank.
• Evidence of payment of nonrefundable tenders fee.
• Evidence of registration with due process
