Tai Solarin College of Education, Omu-Ijebu, an Ogun State Government- owned tertiary Institution is desirous of inviting suitably qualified and reputable Project Management Consultants with proven competence and experience to render Consultancy services under the Tertiary Education Trust Fund(TETFUND) 2011/2012/2013 merged Normal Intervention Projects in the following areas:

•  Architecture
• Quantity Surveying
• Structural Engineering
• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

 Projects

• Construction and furnishing of the School of Education Complex (Lot1)
• Construction and furnishing of the School of Languages Complex (Lot 2)
• Construction and furnishing of the School of Vocational and Technical Education Complex (Lot 3)

 Scope of Work

This entails the production of Conception design/Working drawings. Bill of Quantities, Bill of Engineering measurement, Tendering and Post-Contract Supervision of the stated projects.

 

Pre-Qualification Criteria

• Only Professionals that have proven capability, relevant experience and good track record (with experiences) will be considered for prequalification as Consultant(s)
• Evidence of Incorporation or business name registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Evidence of Firm’s registration with relevant Professional bodies
• Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years
• Evidence of VAT registration and past remittances
• Evidence of Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years
• Evidence of Principal Partner’s registration with relevant Professional regulatory bodies
• Evidence of registration with Tai Solarin College of Education, Omu-ljebu, Ogun State
• List of key personnel stating experience/Technical qualifications with copies of Certificates
• Evidence of similar projects executed over the last three (3) years with copies of Letters of Awards
• Evidence, of registration and remittance of PENCOM as it affects the company’s personnel.
• Letters of reference from a reputable bank

Bound pre-qualification documents in wax-sealed envelope with “Prequalification as Consultants(Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer and Mechanical/Electrical Engineer) as the case maybe, written on the top left- hand corner of the envelope and should be hand-delivered to the address below:
