The Federal Government of Nigeria through the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Millennium Development Goals (OSSAP-MDGs) proposes to carry out General Consultancy, Works and Goods under the 2014 Capital Projects (beside the Special Projects).

• Impact Assessment! Performance Review
• Monitoring Supervision and Data Collection

• Building Construction/Renovation
• Servicing/Repairs of Office Equipment & other Maintenance Services
• HIV, Malaria and Tuberculosis Reference Centre

 Lot 3P Goods

• Computer and Computer Accessories
• Printers and Consumables
• Photocopiers and Consumables
• Office Furniture/Furnishing
• Security Gadgets
• Drugs
• Medical Equipment to Health Centers
• Communication Equipment
• Stationeries
• Project Supervision Vehicles

Competent and interested Bidders are invited to submit Technical end Financial Bids for the individual procurement listed above.

Prequalification Requirements For Consultancy

• Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAG), namely Certificate of incorporation and Articles of Association;
• Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years, i.e. 2011, 2012 and 2013;
• Evidence of Registration with National Pension Commission (PENCOM) and Remittance of Pension Contributions of employees for Firms with more than five(S) employees;
• Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittance to Federal Inland Revenue Service;
• Detailed Company Profile, including Curriculum Vitae, Academic and Professional Certificates of Professional Staff to be used for the supervision of the projects, their work experience and attestation of their availability;
• Evidence of experience of Firm in at least three (3) jobs of similar nature and complexity executed within the last three years with verifiable letters of contract awards from recognized Government or other reputable Agencies, evidence of payment and Certificate of job completion;
• Evidence of Financial capability and letter of reference from a reputable bank:
• For Joint Ventures, Memorandum of Understanding should be included;
• Evidence of Firms registration with relevant professional bodies such as ARCON, COREN, CORBON, QSRBN, etc. as applicable;
• Annual Auditors Report for the last three years, i.e. 2011, 2012 and 2013;
• Proposed methodology and work plan i.e. Technical Approach, Work plan and Organization;
• Evidence of Registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria

 For Works

• Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), namely certificate of Incorporation and Articles

• Detailed Company Profile, including Curriculum Vitae, Academic and Profession Certificate of  Professional Staff to be used for the construction of the projects, their work experience attestation of their availability;
• Evidence of experience of the Company’s in at least three (3) jobs of similar nature and complexity  executed within the last three years with verifiable letters of contract awards from recognized Government or other reputable Agencies, evidence of payment and Certificate of job completion;

 For Goods

• Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), namely Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association;
• Tax Clearance Certificate for last three years, i.e. 2011, 2012 and 2013;
• Evidence of Registration with National Pension Commission (PENCOM) and Remittance Of Pension Contributions of employees for Firms with more than five (5) employees;
• Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittance to Federal Inland Revenue Service;
• Detailed Company Profile;
• Evidence of experience In at least three (3) jobs of similar nature previously executed within the last three years or currently being executed, with verifiable letters of contract awards from recognized Government or other reputable Agencies, evidence of payment and Certificate of job completion;
• Submission of technical Details and Brochures of items bided for
• Evidence of Financial capability and letter of reference from a reputable bank;
• Full and verifiable address of firm and contact phone number
• Annual Auditors Report for last three years, i.e. 2011, 2012 and 2013;
• Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Contribution;
• Evidence of Registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria

 Submission of Documents

Pre- qualification Documents (2 sets of hard copies and I Soft copy in Microsoft Office) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and labeled “Prequalification Expression Of Interest” marked with the appropriate Project Name at the top right hand corner and the company’s name indicated at the back of the envelope and addressed to:

Opening of bids:

All bids will be opened on Wednesday 26th February, 2014 Block at E Conference Hall, Federal Secretariat Phase 2 at 12:00noon in the presence of all Bidders who wish to witness it, representatives of relevant Professional bodies and representatives of Non-Governmental Organization in Transparency and Anti-corruption

• Only Firms whose Prequalification/ Expression of Interest documents fulfill the minimum eligibility requirements will be considered for the next stage:
• No Bids submitted after the closing date will be accepted or considered.
• Bids that do not have the Company’s name and verifiable address on them will not be considered;
• All enquiries should be directed to The Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on MOGs at the address above.
