Invitation to Tender for the Civil/Building Constructions

• Construction of New Accident and Emergency unit and 200-Bed Ward complex at Central Hospital, Benin-City, Edo State.
• Construction of Model Secondary School, Ewohimi, Edo State

Details of tendering documents/Scope of Works are obtainable from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, EDPA Building, Sokponba Road, Benin City.

Tendering Requirements

• Evidence of registration as a contractor in appropriate category with the State Ministry of Works
• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Tax cle3rance of the company and 2 Directors of the company for the past 3 years
• Payment of non-refundable fees ofNl50, 000(One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira only in favour of Edo State Government
• Evidence of similar projects executed
• Evidence of financial viability
• Evidence of VAT registration and remittances

Closing date: 10th February, 2014

Completed Financial and Technical Bid shall be submitted in sealed envelope marked appropriately and addressed to:
