• “Evidence of registration with Ekiti State University, Ado - Ekiti”  
• “Evidence of presence of the Company in Ekiti” Are no longer parts of the requirements

• “Evidence of payment of Value Added Tax” under other requirements is now one of the Compulsory and Mandatory requirements (responsive criteria) including the remittances.

• All other requirements in the said advertisement and date of tender opening and closing date are still valid
