Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors registered with the Delta State Oil Producing Area Development Commission (DESOPADEC) for the execution of projects in various oil producing communities listed in below:
 

Invitation to Tender for the Execution of Projects in Oil Producing Communities

Tender application forms and documents are to be collected from the Department of Planning, Research and Statistics (PRS) of the Commission at No. 25 Warri/Sapele Road, Warn and returned not later than twenty one (21) days from the date of this publication, accompanied by the following:

  • Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission including Memorandum/Article of Association/Form 1;
  • Evidence of Registration with the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission;
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
  • Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s)/Premises and utilities Bill;
  • Evidence of payment of appropriate Tender and processing fees for the project;
  • Evidence of Professional/Technical qualification;

Closing date: 7th March, 2014
 

Method of Submission
All Tender documents, together with the completed Bill of Quantities should be spiral bound and put in a wax sealed envelope addressed to:

Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) 25,
Warri/Sapele Road,
Warri,


With Project Title clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope.

Please note that:
The description and locations of the various projects are as follows:

  • Tenderers should note that the board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
  • Late bids after the closing date will be rejected.
  • Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect project sites (where applicable) before tendering.
