Description of Project
The Project with involve the construction of the following:

• Lafia International Market
• Akwanga Modern Market
• Part of Phase II of Karu international Market
• Completion of Keffi Modern Market

Scope of Work

• Construction of Blocks of Shops
• Ancillary Buildings
• Civil Works
• Electrical works
• Water supply & Reticulation

Pre-Qualification Requirements:

• Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Evidence of Registration with Nasarawa State Tenders Board
• Reference Letter from a reputable Bank
• Evidence of VAT Registration
• Evidence of Tax clearance for the last three years

Closing date: 19th February, 2014

Submission of Application for Pre-Qualification
Pre-qualification documents should be submitted n a sealed envelope clearly marked “Prequalification” for (State Project) and be delivered and addressed to:
