Description of Project
The Project will involve the construction of Nine (9) Hostel blocks across the Four Higher Institutions of learning in the state Each block has a capacity to carter for 168 no. of students

• Lot 2 Nasarawa State University Keffi
• Lot 3 Nasarawa State University Keffi
• Lot 4 College of Education Akwanga
• Lot 5 College of Education Akwanga
• Lot 6 Nasarawa State Polytechnic, Lafia
• Lot 7 Nasarawa State Polytechnic, Lafia
• Lot8 College of Agriculture Lafia
• Lot 9 College of Agriculture, Lafia

Prequalification Requirement

• Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Evidence of Registration with Nasarawa State Tenders Board
• Reference Letter from a reputable Bank
• Evidence of VAT Registration
• Evidence of Tax clearance certificate for the last three years

Pre-qualification documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked. “Prequalification” for (State Project) and be delivered and addressed to:
