The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in pursuance of its statutory role invites reputable companies to indicate interest to pre-qualify for Delimitation Services/Consulting projects to be carried out in INEC Headquarters, the 36 States and FCT Offices.

• Item: Production of Revised Polling Unit Guide/Directory

• Item: Printing of Atlas of Constituency

• Item: Registration Areas (RAs) Spatial Data gathering (Identification of boundary)

• Item: Acquisition of Sate llite imagery

Pre-Qualification Requirements:

• Prospective companies are required to submit the following documents:
• Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
• Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2010, 2011 and 2012);
• Submission of PENCOM’s Certificate of Compliance, confirming Company’s fulfillment of its statutory obligations to the Employees, with respect to Pensions;
• Evidence of 1% ITF Training Contribution
• Audited Accounts of the Company for the last three (3) years (2010, 2011 and 2012);
• Evidence of Financial capability and banking support;
• A detailed Company Profile showing list of professional staff and their experience;
• Evidence of similar projects executed, letters of award/completion certificate and knowledge of the Industry;
• Technical capability and list of relevant Equipment;
• Evidence of Annual Turnover;
• Evidence of VAT Registration and past VAT Remittances;
• Telephone (GSM) number (s) of the Company’s representative(s)

Method of Submission
All submissions must be delivered in one (1) bound copy duly signed on each page and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Tenderer and clearly marked “Pre-Qualification for Delimitation Services/Consulting Projects (indicate project and Lot No. as applicable)” and addressed to:

Please note:

• Companies submitting pre-qualification documents must sign the register at the reception desk before dropping their documents into the Tender Box on the First Floor, Secretary to the Commission’s office, INEC Headquarters, Maitama Abuja.
• Opening of submissions will follow immediately after the deadline at 11.00 a.m. on Monday, 31st March, 2014 at the Conference Hail of the Commission, INEC Headquarters Maitama - Abuja.
• Incorrectly labeled and or late submissions will be rejected.
• This pre-qualification notice is not an invitation to tender.
• Only consultants/companies deemed suitable by the Commission will be contacted and invited to tender,
