Construction of Zonal Offices for the Board of Internal Revenue (BIR) the following locations:

• Sapele,
• Effurun
• Burutu
• Ozoro
• Ogwashi-Uku
• Issele-Uku
• Patani
• Ogbe-Ijoh
• Ovwian
• Ashaka

Supply of Office Furniture and Equipment to the five Zonal Offices of the Board of Internal Revenue (BIR) at:

• Asaba
• Agbor
• Oleh
• Effurun
• Ughelli

• Evidence of Registration with the Delta State Government;
• Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
• Evidence of current Tax Clearance;
• Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises
• Utilities Bills etc;
• Evidence of payment of N500, 000.00 Tender fee for projects in (a) and N50, 000.00 for projects in (b) above made payable to BIR Capital Expenditure Account No: 1010307549 with Zenith Bank Plc;
• Evidence of professional and technical qualification;
• Evidence of financial capability; Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed;
• DSIR Card
• Memorandum/Article of Association;
• Statutory Returns including Audited Accounts for last 3 years;
• Evidence of payment of a non-refundable deposit of N500,000.00 for projects in (a) and N100,000.00 for projects in (b) payable to BIR Capital Expenditure Account No: 1010307549 with Zenith Bank Plc, for the processing and technical analysis of tender documents; and
• Tenderers are advised to contact the undersigned for the details and specifications of the required Office Furniture and Equipment before tendering.
• They are also advised to visit all projects sites for their guidance.

Method of Submission:
All tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bills of Quantities (B.O.Q) should be returned in a sealed envelope addressed and delivered to:

• Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representatives who choose to be present at the Exco Chambers, New Government House Asaba on a date to be communicated.
