• 3 years Company Audited Report
• Evidence of Financial capability and Bank support
• Evidence of VAT Registration
• Evidence of compliance with Pencom
• Evidence of compliance with ITF
• Company Profile and Evidence of verifiable relevant
• Experience in executing similar project

The completed proposals of 6 copies both technical and financial should be addressed to:

Tender should be deposited in the Tender Box at the office of Head of Procurement upon the payment of N25, 000.00 processing fee.
 

Note:

• The technical proposal will be opened on the 27th of February 2014 in the Board Room. This will be followed by opening of the financial bid of only the companies that are qualified. Interested Bidders or their representatives are invited.
• The hospital is not bound to shortlist any bidder and reserves the right to reject any or all the documents.
