In compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Nigerian Communications Commission intends to pre-qualify competent caterers with proven experience in Canteen and Cafeteria Management for the day to day running of its canteen facilities at the NCC head office. To this end, competent Companies are invited to submit documents for prequalification.
 

Expression of Interest for Catering Services

 

Pre-Qualification Requirements:

  • Interested Companies that wish to participate in the exercise are required to submit the following documents:
  • Evidence of Incorporation and registration with CAC;
  • Tax clearance Certificate for the proceeding 3 years i.e. 2011, 2012 and 2013;
  • Companies audited account for the proceeding 3 years;
  • Evidence of compliance with the statutory Pension Act;
  • Profile of the Company including verifiable list of clienteles, letter of award/ Service Level Agreements and curriculum vitae of professional staff in the company’s employment which should include the following;

Key Accounts Manager
Relationship Manager
On-site Manager
On-site Staff

  • Evidence of financial capability supported with bank statements for the last six months from a reputable bank.
  • VAT Registration Number

Submission of Documents
The pre-qualification documents should be submitted ma sealed envelope clearly marked “Prequalification for Cafeteria Services” on the right hand corner and the name of the company should be clearly written on the reverse side of the envelope. The documents should be addressed to:
