Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, intends to carry out construction and Procurement of the following TETFUND projects;

Invitation for Pre-Qualification for the Construction and Procurement of the TETFUND Projects

Lot 1: Construction of faculty of Basic Medical Science Building.

Lot 2: Procurement of Office Equipment
 

Eligibility Criteria
The pre-qualification documents from interested and competent contractors should include and MUST be arranged in the following order and page numbered.

• Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
• Company current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last3years (2011- 2013);
• Company Audited Accounts for 2011, 2001 and 2012 certified by a Chartered Accountant/Auditor;
• VAT registration and evidence of remittances in the last 3 years (2011, 2012 and 2013);
• Evidence of performance on similar verifiable and successful executed projects in the last 3 years 2011 to 2013;
• (f) List of Managerial, Key Technical and Administrative staff of the firm which should include names, curriculum vitae and copies of certificates (Academic and Professional> for each key staff (corporate profile of the firm).
• Evidence of PENCOM registration and remittance;
• Evidence of compliance with the amended ITF Act 2011;
• Current evidence of financial capacity from reputable banker(s);

Pre- Requisite for Processing Of Prequalification Documents on Construction and Procurement
Payment of nonrefundable fee of N50, 000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) Bank Draft made payable to Ebonyi State University.

• Submission should be hand delivered into the pre-qualification box in the Registrar’s Office.
• Late submission after the closing date will be rejected.
• Submission of Pre-Qualification documents to EBSU, Abakaliki is neither a commitment nor an obligation to engage any contractor or his agent. Furthermore, no contractor shall be entitled to make any claims whatsoever or seek an indemnity from Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki.
