• Contract/projects to be executed: Purchase/Supply of Toyota 16 Seater Buses-Toyota Made Starlet Taxes
• Location/Point of Supply: Jalingo

No 2

• Contract/projects to be executed: Renovation (Three General Hospitals) Bali 1, Bambur 2, Wukari 3
• Location/Point of Supply: Bali 1, Bambur 2, Wukari 3

Pre-Qualification and Bidding Evaluation Criteria
It is expected that bidders should be reputable and technically competent with veritable track records of performance in the above mentioned projects. Therefore, all interested bidders wishing to bid for the execution of these projects must have the following prequalification,

• Evidence of incorporation with the cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC);
• Tax clearance certificates for the last three years;
• Evidence of financial capability and Bank bond where applicable;

Closing date: 13th March, 2014
 

Submission of Prequalification and Tender Document
The pre-qualification documents must be submitted in sealed envelope and clearly marked pre-“qualification to Bid” (Taraba Sure-P Implementation) with company name, address and phone numbers at the back of the envelop.

Bid Documents
Qualified contractors are to collect their bid documents on payment of non-refundable fee of N20, 000 as from 17th-19th February, 2014, while the opening of the bid documents will be immediately after expiring date of this publication.
