The Anambra State University Teaching Hospital Management Board hereby invites tenders from competent and interested individual and companies who will manage its modem mortuary.

Expression of Interest for the Management of Anambra State University Teaching Hospital New Mortuary

Requirements:
Tenderers should provide evidences of the following;

• Name of company
• Certificate of Registration of the company as morticians
• List of staff stating their 4ualifications as morticians and number of years at experience
• Evidence of working experience in morticians
• Evidence of current License to practice as morticians
• Indication of contract fee and terms of payment
• State type of preservation you undertake
• Evidence of payment of Tax for the last 5years
• Attach two referee reports to attest of your ability to manage a modem mortuary.

Payment of Non-Refundable Fee:
Interested companies shall pay a non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000 in certified bank draft payable to Anambra State University Teaching Hospital Amaku-Awka.
