Tenders are hereby invited from reputable and qualified contractor for extension of office accommodation in the Ministry of Physical and Urban Development, Secretariat, Ibadan.

Invitation to Tender for the Extension of Office Accommodation

Tender Qualification
The tender must produce the followings:

  • Evidence of Company’s Certificate of incorporation
  • Company’s Tax Clearance for 3 years
  • Personal Income Tax Clearance of two (2) Directors of the Company to date
  • Evidence of Technical and Managerial capability
  • Certificate of Business Premises
  • Payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of N50, 000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only;
  • Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public Procurement

Tender/Bid Document
Interested Contractors are to obtain tender document from the Director, Administration and Supplies of the Ministry of Physical Planning & Urban Development, Secretariat, Ibadan between 8:30am and 3:30pm every working day;
Also, the sealed bid which should be submitted to the Secretary, State Tenders Board, Cabinet Department Rm 27 Governor’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan, must be submitted before the closing date.

Opening Of bids
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at a determined date to be communicated later at the Conference Room, Cabinet Department of the Governor’s Office.

Closing date: 6th March, 2014
Time: 4:00pm
