Tender Qualification
The Tender must produce the following:

• Evidence of Company’s Certificate of incorporation
• Company’s Tax Clearance for 3 years
• Personal Income Tax Clearance of two (2) Directors of the Company to date
• Evidence of Technical and Managerial capability
• Certificate of Business Premises
• Payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of N50, 000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only;
• Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public Procurement

Tender/Bid Document
Interested Contractors are to obtain tender document from the Director, Administration and Supplies of the Ministry of Physical Planning & Urban Development, Secretariat Ibadan between 8.30 am and 3.30pm every working day. Also, the sealed bid which should be submitted to:

Opening of Bids
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at a determined date to be communicated later at the Conference Room, Cabinet Department of the Governor’s Office.
