The Corporate Affairs Commission was established by the Companies and Allied Matters Act, (CAMA) of 1990, to regulate and supervise the formation, incorporation, registration, management and winding of companies in Nigeria.

Corporate Affairs Commission hereby Invites Competent Estate Valuers to Submit Expression of Interest for Technical Bids only for the Valuation of the Commissions Assets

Pre-Qualification Requirements
The Estate Valuer to be appointed must be a member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors & Valuers or any recognized professional body.
In Addition:

  • Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
  • Full details of the Company’s Profile;
  • Evidence of filing of Annual Returns;
  • Curriculum Vitae of key personnel showing experience and technical qualification;
  • Tax Clearance Certificate for three (3) years;
  • VAT registration certificate;
  • Companies audited account for the last three (3) years;
  • Bank reference;
  • Evidence of similar job carried out;
  • Evidence of financial capability or bank support;
  • Evidence of pension contribution;
  • Evidence of compliance with Section 6 of ITF Act;

Submission of Application
Applications are to be sealed with wax in an envelope indicating "Appointment as Estate Valuers” and should be submitted to the following address:

  • All submissions should be made on/before the closing date of this publication.
  • Interested Estate Valuers which submits EOIS within stipulated period to witness the public opening at 2:00pm Wednesday, 5th March, 2014.
