The Federal Polytechnic Mubi, Adamawa State in its efforts to Implement 2013 TETFund Special Intervention Project, hereby invites interested and reputable contractors to bid for tender for technical and financial bids exercise in respect of 2013 Special Intervention Projects.

Conditions for Eligibility
Interested contractors shall be required to submit the following documents.

• Evidence of Incorporation of Company with Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Evidence of Registration with Pencom
• Evidence of Tax Clearance for the last three (31 years
• Evidence of Registration with ITF
• Evidence of Registration with NSITF
• Comprehensive Company Profile
• Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking Support
• Evidence of successful completion of similar projects within the lasts 5 years (copies of awards and successful certificates and supporting reference letters should be attached).
• Company’s Audited Account for the last 3 years
• Evidence of Registration with VAT/TIN

Verification of Claims
The Federal Polytechnic Mubi reserves the right to verify claims made for the purpose of prequalification and financial tender as submitted by the interested contractors.

Collection Of tender/Bid documents
Interested companies are to collect tender document from the office of the Registrar, Federal Polytechnic Mubi Adamawa State on the payment of non-refundable fees of N25, 000. 00 to the Bursary Department and obtain a receipt.

Submission of Tender/Bid Documents
Technical and Financial Bids are to be submitted in two separate envelopes clearly marked “Technical and “Financial” Bid with the Lot No. and Description of project addressed to:

Opening Of Tender/Bid Document
The Technical Bids shall be opened publicly in the Council Hall of Federal Polytechnic Mubi, Adamawa State immediately after the closing date.
