The Petroleum Equalization Fund (Management) Board, en compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, invites prequalification documents from interested, reputable and qualified companies for the execution & the und& listed projects:

The Lots includes:

• Lot 1: Backup Power Systems
• Lot 2: Solar Backup Power Solution
• Lot 3: Routers
• Lot 4: Structured Local Area Network
• Lot 5: Microsoft Open Licenses

Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested companies are to submit:

• Evidence of incorporation/Registration with, the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)   
• Company Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2010-2012)
• Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years (2010-2012)
• VAT Registration and evidence of remittances In the last three (3) years (2011 -2012)
• List of similar verifiable and successfully executed projects or on-going by the company with letters of award and completion certificates;
• Letters of award and interim certificates of payment should be attached for projects that are on-going;
• List of Managerial, Kay Technical & Administrative staff of the Company which should include name, resumes and copies of certificates for each key staff;
• Evidence of remittance of Pension Contribution Fund for staff of the company from reputable Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs) as provided in section 16, subsection (6d) of PPA, 2007;
• Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) amendment Act as stipulated in section 6(1) (3) of the ITF Act;
• Evidence of compliance with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN)

Submission of Prequalification Documents
All envelopes shall be subjected to security checks before being sealed for submission. It is mandatory that submission forms are filled as the names of the companies not listed on the forms shall not be considered. All envelopes are to be addressed to:

Envelopes should be marked in front at the top: pre-qualification with the lot number and project description. The name of the company mailing address and the contact phone number (mobile) should be written at the back of the envelope.
